I've been working on this picture since like, January. Lemme just say this one was a pain >.> But atleast I finally got it done.
I have no idea where it came from other than I saw hair kinda like that on Google, and decided to draw this I designed the outfit on the spot, and gave her wing-glove-things >w>;
The silver stuff was the worst to clean up /lazy

Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the way this one turned out :3 I drew a mega hyper detailed goth-lolita picture the same night I drew this one, but theres no way I'm working on that one any time soon >.>; It should be cool though haha.
